Yes, I want to support Bruce House!

As a registered charitable not for profit agency, Bruce House relies on the generosity of individuals, corporations, foundations and community groups to provide our residents and clients with support services. Services include physical and personal care, life skills training, and counselling.

Bruce House receives limited core support from Government and we rely on donations for about 1/3 of our budget or $250,000 this year alone. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Our Wish List

Got some items around the house that are still serviceable, but you no longer use?  Consider donating them to Bruce House.  Below is our current wish list both for the Transition House and the Apartment Program.  Occasionally we can  use larger items such as furniture, but if we do not have an immediate need for these items, we cannot store them.  If you have large items please call first to see if we can utilize them (613-729-0911).

While we really appreciate these donations, Revenue Canada does not generally allow us to issue tax receipts for them.  High value items that are less than one year old can be considered for tax receipts but require a professional appraisal.
